Payment, scope and delivery conditions for your work with YARSY.

The $1,000 pilot

A fixed first scope before ongoing work.

Payment: Paid in advance, like all our work.
Scope: One deck reviewed and redesigned: up to 20 slides, a social template and 10 posts. Editable files and deck PDF included.
Brochure option: The $1,000 pilot can focus on an agreed brochure spread or specification sheet. A full brochure is estimated separately or uses agreed monthly plan hours. The same credit and revisions apply.
Timing: Around two weeks from approved inputs, depending on feedback and the agreed start date.
Pilot credit: If you start a monthly plan within 30 days of receiving the pilot’s final files, the $1,000 you paid for the pilot is deducted from your first monthly payment. For example, with Maintain ($1,500/mo) your first month costs $500.
Scope changes: New copy, extra formats or a new direction after the concept is approved require a revised estimate.

We don’t guess – we work from references, step by step:

Moodboard. We collect references and agree the direction with you.
Concept. We build a concept from the approved moodboard elements and present it.
One full concept revision. If the first concept misses, we revise it fully – this can mean a new concept, returning to research.
Two rounds of refinements. Once the concept is approved, two rounds of smaller changes within it – no return to research.
Anything beyond that – extra rounds, a new direction after approval or a changed brief – is estimated separately before we start.

This applies to the pilot and to monthly plans. In monthly plans these steps use your shared team hours.

Ongoing work, paid month by month.

Payment: Paid at the start of each month. No minimum term.
Cancellation: Give 14 days’ notice before the next payment.
Taxes and fees: Prices are the amount YARSY receives. YARSY pays its own taxes. Client-side taxes and transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.
Scope and schedule: We agree the work and schedule before starting. Shared team hours cover designers, developers and project management.

Unused hours carry over to the following month only.

Unused hours: Up to 20% of your monthly hours can carry into the next month, then expire.
Refunds: Unused hours are not refunded.
Extra hours: Additional hours at the blended team rate of $30/h require your approval before work starts.
Reviews and revisions: Monthly reviews and revisions use your shared team allowance. See How revisions work above.

These costs are quoted and agreed separately.

Assets and tools: Font licences, stock assets and special tools.
3D rendering: Architectural exterior and interior rendering from your plans or drawings is available on request, outside monthly plans by default and estimated separately before work starts.
Complex AI visuals: Highly photorealistic or detail-heavy AI image work, depending on complexity.
Development costs: Third-party API and AI-model token costs, hosting and service subscriptions.
Outside our scope: Printing and media buying are not included in our services.

Request the NDA before sharing non-public information.

NDA on request: Our NDA template is available on request – email yar@yarsy.com or mention it when booking. We send it for review before signing and can discuss specific edits. We keep non-public client information confidential during the work and for three years after cooperation ends, under the signed NDA. Every team member has signed an NDA with Yaroslav Semeniuk. The client NDA covers the whole team, and YARSY is responsible for a breach by its team.
Delivered files: The pilot includes editable source files and a deck PDF. Editable files are included in the monthly plan baseline.
Ownership and IP: Because our work is paid in advance, everything we create for you becomes yours as it is delivered, with full rights to use it. YARSY keeps ownership of its own templates, tools and know-how used to produce the work. Fonts, stock, AI and other services in our own workflow are covered by YARSY’s licences. Licences needed only for your specific request are bought for you and held in your name. We show your project in our portfolio only after your written approval.

Responsibilities, liability and the rules that apply to our work.

Responsibilities: YARSY designs the presentation of your approved information. Marketing strategy, promotion, sales and approval of business facts remain with the client.
Liability: YARSY’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected work under your latest retainer (for the pilot – the pilot fee). We are not liable for indirect losses, for facts and materials you provide, or for outages of third-party services.
Applicable terms: These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If that fails, it goes to the courts of Kyiv. A signed agreement between us takes priority over the terms on this page. These terms apply from the date they are published.
