From brief to handoff

  1. Step 1

    An agreed starting point

Share priorities, brand guidelines and approved content. We confirm scope, estimate and schedule.

  2. Step 2

    A sample to approve

Agree a moodboard, then review a concept shown as a slide, post or logo. One full concept revision is included. Two refinement rounds follow approval.

  3. Step 3

    Files for your team

We check the materials and hand over editable sources and exports. Decisions and source links stay in your Project Passport.

A three-step design process with one sign-off before production – then editable files at handoff.

Your Project Passport

Who does what

You name one approver. On our side it is Yaroslav, YARSY’s founder – scope, approvals and delivery run through the two of them.

Your team

  • Set marketing and sales priorities
  • Supply content and approve business facts
  • Choose one approver to gather feedback

YARSY

  • Propose the structure and estimate the work
  • Design materials and handle technical execution
  • Check quality and prepare the final files

Questions before we start

What should we prepare?

Share brand guidelines, approved text, facts, images and priorities. Nominate one approver to consolidate feedback.

When does work start?

We check the team’s calendar and agree the scope, inputs and start date. The pilot takes around two weeks from approved inputs. Timing depends on feedback and the agreed schedule.

How do we approve the direction?

We agree a moodboard, then present the concept as a sample slide, post or logo. You approve it before we build the remaining materials.

What if we need revisions or a new direction?

We agree a moodboard and present a concept with one full revision. After approval, two refinement rounds are included. A new direction or additional changes are estimated before production. Monthly plans use shared team hours. Any extra time needs your consent.

Can several tasks run at once?

There is one main production stream. Parallel work depends on a resource check. Shared hours do not reserve a dedicated full-time person.

Is our project information confidential?

An NDA is available on request. The Project Passport screens on this page use demo data.
