- Start a plan within 30 days of your pilot delivery and the $1,000 is credited to your first month. With Maintain ($1,500/mo), your first month costs $500.
- Monthly payment
- All work is paid in advance – monthly plans at the start of each month. No minimum term.
- Cancellation
- 14 days’ notice before the next payment.
- Unused hours
- Up to 20% carry into the next month, then expire. Not refunded.

- At the blended team rate of $30/h, with your approval before work starts.
- Taxes and fees
- Prices are the amount YARSY receives. YARSY pays its own taxes. Client-side taxes and transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.

Is YARSY a design subscription agency?
We provide monthly design and technical support through shared hours, with tasks and estimates agreed upfront. You lead strategy, promotion and sales.
How long does the pilot take?
Around two weeks from approved inputs, depending on feedback and an agreed start date.
How are revisions handled?
We agree a moodboard, then present a concept with one full revision. After approval, two refinement rounds are included. Additional changes are estimated in advance. These steps use shared team hours on monthly plans.
Are the monthly examples fixed quotas?
No – these are examples, not quotas. Branding and development are estimated first, then delivered within your plan hours. Complex AI visuals are quoted separately before work starts.
Can several tasks run at once?
There is one main production stream. Parallel work depends on a resource check. Shared hours cover designers, developers and project management. They do not reserve a dedicated full-time person.
What happens to unused hours?
Up to 20% carries into the next month, then expires. Nothing is refunded. Extra hours at $30/h need your approval before work starts.
Which costs sit outside the plan?
3D rendering from plans or drawings is on request, outside the monthly allowance by default and estimated before work starts. Font licences, stock assets, special tools and complex AI visuals are quoted separately. For development, API, AI-model, hosting and subscription costs are agreed with you. Printing and media buying are not included.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month, month-to-month. Cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next payment.
